The value of "Value Investment"

 Value investing is the method of investing in stocks that are well established and currently trading below . their real worth ( ie, intrinsic value ) . They will give dominant returns to the investor . The difference between growth stocks from value stocks are growth stocks have the ability to outperform the overall market or a segment for a time period. These stocks show continous growth in income and profit and they generally outstrip their rivals with products and services. Eventhough value investing dominates growth investing by the potential  they can attain in long term.

 The previous history in the stock market trends notify the investor about the safety of value investing over growth, Benjamin Graham, the father of value investing and mentor of legendary investor Warren Buffet, In his work , "The Intellegent Investor", published in 1949. The quote was, ' The margin of safety is always dependent on the price paid. It will be large at one price. The margin of safety (MOS) is referred to as one of the fundamental principles of value investing, where securities are brought only if there share price is trading below it's appropriated intrinsic value. While investing , if a sufficient margin of safety exists , an investor's downside risk is more protected '.

From the phrase the margin of safety is an indicator can be used to pick a stock that give value to our money. It is a safety because the overall loss in market normally doesn't affect the value stock and they are trading at lower returns than their intrinsic value. The losses incur will be very low compared to those with over priced. Hence the margin of safety can be defined as the difference between the estimated intrinsic value and the current share price. 

Growth stocks might improve when loan cost are low and expected to remain low , However numerous investors like to invest their funds in value stocks as rates rise. Growth stocks have had a more grounded run in short-term, yet value stocks have a decent long-term record. Just the matter that needs to given in account is to embrace the right interaction to recognize stocks that are exchanging at reasonable intrinsic values with adequate margin of safety.
