Twitter into the hands of Elon Musk! Twitter ready to accept Rs 4,300 crore offer

 

 Twitter is reportedly ready to accept the $ 43 billion offer made by billionaire businessman Elon Musk to take over Twitter in its entirety. The issue is being discussed with urgency by board members. It is reported that there is pressure from shareholders in favor of Musk's offer. 

According to sources close to Twitter, Musk's promise could be announced on Monday or Tuesday. However, it is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post. Elon Musk is the richest man on the Forbes list. He recently became a shareholder on Twitter. Musk, which currently owns a 9.2 per cent stake in the company, said it was interested in acquiring the company after it turned down board membership.

Shares of Twitter rose 4.5 percent to $ 51.15 on Monday. Musk argues that Twitter must be privately owned if it is to become a real platform for freedom of expression. Musk has been in talks with Twitter shareholders for the past few days. It is learned that the Twitter talks started following pressure from shareholders who said Musk's offer should not be rejected.
